Grievance Redressal Process

Registration of Grievance:
- Users are required to submit their grievances via email or postal mail, clearly stating the nature of the issue, order details (if applicable), and any supporting documentation.
Acknowledgment:
- Upon receipt of the grievance, an acknowledgment will be sent to the user's registered email address.
Internal Review:
- The Grievance Officer will conduct a thorough internal review of the grievance, involving relevant departments or personnel.
Resolution:
- Efforts will be made to resolve the grievance in a fair and timely manner. The resolution will be communicated to the user through the registered email address.
Escalation:
- If the user is dissatisfied with the resolution, they may escalate the matter to the Nodal Officer by sending a follow-up email.
Final Resolution:
- The Nodal Officer will conduct a final review and communicate the concluding decision to the user.
